How Long Should I Bake Pork Chops
My best opinion is you let the thickness of the meat guide you. Mine was a little bit less than an inch and that was why I did not grill so as to not overcook it.
For 1-inch size pork, cook between 17 to 20 minutes at 400F/200C for a conventional oven or 180C/360F for a fan oven. For boneless pork chops, start checking from 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F/62C
How To Make The Best Pork Steak Marinade
To a jar add soy sauce, honey, olive oil, dried parsley, paprika, fennel seeds, minced garlic, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Place the lid on the jar and close tightly then give it a good shake to combine.
Transfer the pork steaks to a large mixing bowl then pour the marinade over it, give it a good mix so that all the steak is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 24 hours
Bring the pork out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking so it comes to room temperature, this will help it cook evenly.

If using Grill Mates Pork Rub instead, there is no need to season with salt and pepper. Mariante the seasoned pork for 1 hour at room temperature. Use an aluminum foil tray for grilling on the barbeque.
