I’m giving this five stars based on the delectable smells wafting through my house! The chicken is in the oven, and it smells like pure Greek heaven. After the searing, I added a 1-pound bag of baby carrots to let them roast with the chicken. I can’t wait for dinner!!

As Im writing this review Im preparing this dish as we speak.Im using my ninja foodi cooker for this. In addition to this Im making it a 1 pot meal by adding potatoes, carrots and onions. All I had was lemon juice so I omitted slices of lemon for the garnish. Im only using 4 chicken thighs so to balance for the extra spices and salt Im adding the vegetables to it. It smells so good, thanks for the recipe!

Baked Boneless Chicken Thighs are always a hit if theyre made right. Thighs are dark meat, and theyre so juicy. If you overcook it a little, youll be okay, whereas if you overcooked a chicken breast youd be reaching for the water.
How To Season Baked Chicken Thighs
You can use any combination of salt, spices, and dried herbs to season chicken thighs. Youll want to drizzle the thighs lightly with olive oil first, then sprinkle on the seasonings and rub them into the chicken. And, if youre wondering, the combination of olive oil and dry spices is how you get crispy, golden chicken skin.
I like to combine the mixture of spices and herbs in a small bowl, so every piece gets an even amount. And unlike marinades, you can bake the chicken immediately after seasoning.
