The only dishwasher safe are the racks and rotisserie spit, so the rest must be washed by hand. Plus, the components are stainless steel, meaning cleanup is more challenging.

For instance, if theres any food particle stuck, you have to exhaustively scrub it. But, you should NOT use metallic scrubs to prevent scratches.

Luckily, theres a workaround for the removable parts. If any food residue is hard to remove, soak them in hot soapy water for at least 10 minutes. Afterward, any food debris will clean easily.

But heres the worst part:

Cleaning the interior of the machine takes a lot of effort. It has a small space, so its not so easy to move around.

As for the outside? A simple wiping will do the trick since hardly any food will be on it.
