It doesnt require preheating an oven or cleaning up multiple cooking methods afterward.
All you need is a microwave-safe container and a few minutes.
If youre in a hurry, or just too hungry for words, the microwave is certainly the best option for you.
However, if youre not careful, this method may result in less juicy and flavorful meat as well as some texture issues.
It can cause areas of food to cook unevenly since some parts may be hot while other parts remain cold.
Excess moisture from the microwave can make breading soggy, which takes away from some of that crunchy texture we all love.
Just be conscious about how long and what temperature youre microwaving it at.
